Meet The Team
Ryan Adley
Ryan Adley joined McKenna Construction in 2007 and serves as Chief Estimator. He leads all pre-construction efforts, including estimating and bidding, conceptual budgeting, and the design phase of design-build projects.
A native of Cary, North Carolina, Ryan earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and brings more than 27 years of construction industry experience to his role.
Outside of work, Ryan is deeply involved in community and youth athletics, volunteering in various leadership roles including soccer coaching, team management, and swim league administration.
Eric W. Gale
Eric joined McKenna Construction in 1995 and has worked up the ranks from Superintendent to Project Manager. He is experienced in overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all phases of diverse construction projects ranging from new construction, tenant improvement projects to complex retrofits. Eric also serves as Safety Officer, manages the warehouse / dump truck personnel and oversees the maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Eric is a native of Southeastern Florida but a North Carolina resident since 1992 and he brings 35 years of construction industry experience to his roles.
In his spare time Eric enjoys time with family, live music, hunting, fishing and attending various sporting events.
Rob Autry
Kristeen Murray
Prior to working at McKenna Kristine has 20+ years working in the operations management industry
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with the family and grandson, is an avid reader in a book club and does misc. volunteer work.
Noel Dotson
Noel joined McKenna Construction in July 2015 and serves as a Superintendent. He oversees all on-site construction operations, ensuring schedules are maintained, subcontractors are coordinated, and safety standards are upheld. Noel also leads quality-control efforts and works closely with local jurisdictions to manage required inspections.
He brings 38 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 17 years serving as a superintendent.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Noel enjoys the Kentucky Derby and a good bourbon. Outside of work, he spends his time riding motorcycles, RV camping, cooking and barbecuing, and tackling home-improvement projects.
Kevin Pogue
Kevin joined McKenna Construction in 2014 and serves as a Superintendent. Prior to joining McKenna, he spent 20 years working as a contractor in the casework industry. As superintendent, he leads all on-site construction activities, develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures job-site safety. He also oversees quality control and manages inspections with local jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cruising, woodworking, and landscaping.
Mark Sebulsky
Mark Sebulsky joined McKenna Construction in 2015 and serves as a Superintendent. He provides on-site leadership for all construction activities, maintains and executes project schedules, and directs subcontractor coordination. Mark also drives quality-control efforts and manages all inspections with local jurisdictions.
He brings 34 years of experience in the construction industry. Before becoming a superintendent with McKenna Construction, Mark worked as a project manager for a residential general contractor, operated his own framing business, and was a managing partner in a custom home-building company.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf, tackling home-improvement projects, and working on classic cars.
Mark Sweazy
Mark Sweazy joined McKenna Construction in 2002 and serves as a Superintendent. He oversees all on-site construction operations, ensuring schedules are maintained, subcontractors are coordinated, and safety standards are upheld. Mark also leads quality-control efforts and works closely with local jurisdictions to manage required inspections.
He brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 23 years serving as a superintendent.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys outdoor activities and playing golf.
Lee Patterson
Lee joined McKenna Construction in 2011 and serves as a Superintendent. He leads all on-site construction activities, develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures job-site safety. Lee also oversees quality-control efforts and manages inspections with local jurisdictions.
Lee brings 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 25 years as a superintendent. Lee also holds his general contractor license and lead-abatement certifications.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing.
John Box
John Box joined McKenna Construction in 2016 and serves as a Superintendent. He provides on-site leadership for all construction activities, maintains and executes project schedules, and directs subcontractor coordination. John also drives quality-control efforts and manages all inspections with local jurisdictions.
John brings 49 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 30 years serving as a superintendent.
Outside of work, John enjoys camping.
Wally Lang
Wally joined McKenna Construction in 2021 and serves as a dump‑truck driver and miscellaneous laborer. He helps keep job sites clean, drives the dump truck to various projects to remove debris, installs and removes floor and wall protection, and expedites material pickups as needed. Wally also supports a wide range of labor tasks to assist project teams.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
